- Which data do we collect when visiting our website?
When you visit our website, we record so-called access data in a log file (e.g. name of the website accessed, the file accessed, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred, notification of successful access, browser type, operating system, the so-called referrer URL (the previously visited page) as well as the requesting provider and your IP address). From the data of this log file, including the IP address, no personal reference can be established.
- What data do we collect when using our app?
To register for the first time, we only need your first and last name and your e-mail address. You must then assign the Lokato Kidswatch to the app in order to determine its movement and position. To do this, enter either a pseudonym or the first and last name of the child wearing the Lokato Kidswatch. We also need the phone number assigned to the Lokato Kidswatch.
- What data do we collect with the Lokato Kidswatch
The Lokato Kidswatch collects position and movement data (geopositions, start and end points; movement patterns), which can be used to determine the location of the respective wearer. This geolocation data is collected by the mobile phone provider and forwarded to Lokato. Lokato prepares this data for the user and makes it available to him via the app.
- Is data passed on to third parties?
We do not pass on personal data to third parties unless you give us express permission to do so.
- How is the data protected against unauthorized access?
Your data is protected in a high-security computer centre and data communication is encrypted. Further details are available on request at any time.
- When do we delete the data?
All geolocation data will be deleted after 30 days at the latest.
- What rights do you have?
For example, you can request information about which data is stored and you can request the correction, deletion and blocking of personal data. In addition, you have the right at any time to revoke consents given, the right to restriction and the right to address complaints to supervisory authorities.
